EuroKids Advanced Athletics S1-S2 Tuesday 16:00

Activity Description

We will teach the basic athletic skills for each event (sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, middle and long-distance running) and focus on athletic routines. In the long term athletic programme our talented athletes will find speed, coordination, endurance, strength and body posture development. Improving technique and independence which can be used in the future competitions is one of our priorities.

Trainings will take place at the European School Frankfurt, in the new sports hall on Tuesdays from 16.00 to 17.00. A minimum of 7 participants is required.

Introducing the Teacher

The lessons will be led by Radovan Misik, P.E. teacher at ESF, former high jumper with a personal best of 221 cm and athletic coach in the Olympic games 2008.
