Einstieg Frankfurt - die Berufswahlmesse

Ausbildung oder Studium? Handwerk oder Handel? Frankfurt oder Frankreich? Alle Schüler müssen sich früher oder später die Frage stellen „Was kommt nach dem Schulabschluss?“. Deshalb heißt es sich orientieren, informieren und beraten lassen. Auf der Ausbildungs- und Studienmesse Einstieg Frankfurt stellen rund 140 Aussteller ihre Ausbildungs- und Studiengänge sowie Gap Year-Angebote vor. Im Bewerbungsforum geben Experten Tipps zur Bewerbung und zum Lebenslauf. Schüler können ihre mitgebrachten Bewerbungsmappen überprüfen und ein kostenloses Bewerbungsfoto machen lassen. Für Eltern gibt es am Messesamstag ein spezielles Vortragsprogramm für die Unterstützung ihres Kinder beim Berufswahlprozess.

“Guiding your child on a path to a unique and meaningful life”

Wednesday, 11 April at 17:30 in the Cinema room (C5.02) of the ECB main building.

We want our children to be “successful” adults, but how do we define and measure “success”?

Most parents would agree that they would like their children to become responsible, independent, motivated, and self-reliant adults who will lead a meaningful life. However, each child’s individual potentials and challenges cannot be addressed by a single formula or defined goal. How can we advise and guide our children to be able to negotiate their own paths without getting in the way? How do we help them to explore passions and develop their talents? How do we engage them in the conversation of defining their own successes and meaning in life?

Blue Arrow Project: ESF PA promotes European values at Christmas time

Dear Parents,

In all European cultures, the end of the year is synonymous with festivities for children thanks to Saint Martin, Saint Nicholas, Santa Lucia, Santa Claus; it also a time that marks the awaiting of the Three Kings.

In many European countries there is a tale that says, that well-behaved children find a small present in their shoes on one winter morning in front of the fireplace.

This year, the Parents' Association is pleased to introduce children of pre-primary and primary 1 to a tradition coming from Italy: the "Befana", by offering to these children the DVD "La Freccia Azzurra", the "Blue Arrow".

With this DVD, we would like to make children sensitive from a very young age about the many traditions that are the foundation of our European culture and history.

This cartoon is not only interesting culturally but it is also and above all a work of great quality and the fruit of a European co-production.

We wish that the viewing of this film be a delight for you, your children and your loved ones.
