Children have rights, be it the respect for their privacy, the right to learn and play, to be informed or even to have their opinion heard. And there are many more, which were laid down in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child over 30 years ago. In our morning circles, for example, we introduce you to the individual rights, take a closer look at the everyday life of children around the world and how they live together in a family or community. The children learn about the terms “democracy” and “participation” and get to know strong child heroes who stand up for their rights. In our activities, e.g., in plays or movement workshops, we then deal with the topic in a playful and creative way.

Kinder haben Rechte: Sei es die Achtung ihrer Privatsphäre, das Recht, zu lernen und zu spielen, informiert zu werden oder auch, dass ihre Meinung gehört wird. Und es gibt noch viele weitere, die in der UN-Kinderrechtskonvention vor über 30 Jahren festgelegt worden sind. In unseren Morgenkreisen stellen wir euch z.B. die einzelnen Rechte vor, schauen uns den Alltag von Kindern auf der ganzen Welt und das Zusammenleben in einer Familie bzw. Gemeinschaft genauer an. Die Kinder erfahren, was es mit den Begriffen „Demokratie“ und „Beteiligung“ auf sich hat und lernen starke Kinderhelden kennen, die sich für ihre Rechte einsetzen. In unseren Angeboten, z.B. in Theaterstücken oder Bewegungsworkshops, setzen wir uns dann ganz spielerisch und kreativ mit dem Thema auseinander.
