EuroKids Athletics is intended to bring excitement into doing athletics. Events and the organization of the training will enable children to discover basic activities and develop skills. There will be running, jumping, throwing (in just about any place you can think of), sprinting, long jump and multi-event endurance all regardless of the weather.
In the early stages of 'Long Term Athlete Development' (5-12 years) we aim to use general training to target generic athletic development by deliberately focusing on play and enjoyment. These fundamental athletic principles are the basis for preparation across all sports and disciplines hence the need for their introduction at a young age.
Every training session is tailored, varied and highly structured following a lesson plan and annual plan led by professional trainers educated to the highest coaching level with 20 years of teaching experience.
